Finding the perfect modern play kitchen that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg seems to be pretty difficult. I know most of us don’t want to create our own DIY play kitchens, but we’re also so bored of the bright colors and want something more modern. Why Not a DIY Play Kitchen?
I know you have seen the internet (well let’s be real, Pinterest and Instagram) overtaken by some of the cutest play kitchens, that quite honestly, you wouldn’t mind having in your size (am I right?!) Modern is in and there is a hack for everything. BUT some of us either don’t have the time or ability to take on such a project (I am one of them!) SO I went on the hunt to find modern play kitchens for the NON-DIY’ers like myself and these options are ALL from the play kitchen extrodernairs, KidKraft! Whether you’re shopping for a birthday or the holidays or even just a playroom makeover that is sure to stun THESE are the best options I have found. SO put the paint, mod-podge and mess aside and grab one of these ready to go, incredibly cute modern play kitchen options! After all every house (bed) needs a kitchen right!?

I’ve decided to include three of my favorite modern KidKraft play kitchens in this post. You can purchase them from Target or Amazon and none of them will break the bank!
- KidKraft Farm To Table Play Kitchen (Also available on Amazon!) – I have this one listed first because this is the exact one we are surprising our girls with on Christmas morning! This kitchen is super gender neutral and I love the chalkboard option to customize this for my littles!! I love all the different components from the vegetable gardens (that are removable) and that tiny farmhouse sink! I love the attention detail that this play kitchen offers!
- KidKraft McKinney Wooden Toddler Play Kitchen – This set is perfect for those Mid-Century Modern fans with wood accents and those adorable cabinet legs! It really is a piece that would make any play space pop. The colors, design and the incredible detailed retro “backsplash” makes this kitchen as modern as they come!
- KidKraft Little Cooks Kitchen Work Station – (Also available on Amazon)This one is perfect for the minimalists out there! This play kitchen is on the smaller side but that makes it perfect for those who don’t have a huge play area for their children but would still like to have a play kitchen for the endless fun they provide!
